Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  • Items lost in transit without tracking will not be eligible for refund.

Do not return items without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page


Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
